In that kind of environment, the body doesn’t grow—it guards.
I became brilliant at survival. Hyper-intelligent. Hyper-independent.
But behind the scenes, my nervous system was overstimulated and under-supported.
I became a DJ, a mover, a stim-based transmitter.
I didn’t realize it then, but I was already regulating the field through music and frequency.

That wasn’t dysfunction.
That was early signal.
The Regulator was already online.

 

🔥 What Shifted

When burnout came, it wasn’t a collapse.
It was a recall to origin.
I stopped chasing healing.
I stopped performing survival.
And I started rewiring the system.

Through breath, ritual, neuroscience, movement, and ancestral remembrance—I rebuilt my inner circuitry.
