Returns and Exchanges

1. If Something’s Wrong
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, let me know within 30 days of receiving it. I’ll make it right! Just reach out with the details, and I’ll take care of the replacement for you.
2. Lost Packages
For packages lost during shipping, please contact me no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. I’ll work with you to track it down or send a replacement if needed.
3. Returns for Digital Products
Digital products (such as journals, workbooks, and e-reads) are non-refundable due to their nature. If you experience any issues accessing your download, let me know, and I’ll assist you right away.
4. Returns for Custom Items and Apparel
Since most of our products are custom-made (e.g., apparel, lifestyle items), I can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, I’m happy to help and find a solution for you.
5. Processing Time for Returns
Once I receive your return request, please allow 7-10 business days for me to evaluate the claim and initiate any next steps (such as replacements or refunds). I’ll keep you in the loop so you’re never left wondering!
6. Important Notes
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Products such as face masks or sealed items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.Incorrect Shipping Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being claimed, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
